I try to keep my Avon blog posts positive and I enjoying telling customers about my favorite products but as with any company, I get upset about some things.  Avon's automatic email program hasn't been working for over a week.  The automatic email program sends emails about sales, promotions, free shipping discounts, etc. to my customers who register on my Avon website.  Yesterday, I emailed Avon regarding the email down time and the response I received was that it's temporarily down and no, customers are not receiving emails.  I thought it was an unsatisfactory response but all I can do is wait until it is up.  So, if you signed up to receive my Avon beauty emails, please be patient while Avon fixes the problem and I apologize for the matter.  The downsize of the emails not working is that I'm losing sales but what can you do?
