Enjoy her company, take her advice, do special things with her and for her, etc. Living without a mom is difficult and I wish with all my heart that I could have a mom who I can call to ask questions about raising kids or even telling her about her grandchildren. I don't have that opportunity so I adopt moms. My adopted moms fill in when during the moments I really need my mom.
