Happy 4th of July! I hope you have a safe but fun holiday. We're going to see our town's fireworks on Friday night. I'm packing my Bug Guard since we have to sit in the grass. I take a blanket to sit on but it is buggy as all can be! The newest Avon brochure features the new Anew Vitamin C Exfoliating Pads. Brighten your skin with pineapple extract. I'm curious if they smell like pineapple. I might have to try them!
I want to tell you about the dress I bought. I love it! I was very hesitant about buying the dress because most of Avon's dresses are polyester and spandex which shows every curve way too boldly for my taste. Plus, when you're short like me, their dresses are usually way too long. I took a gamble and purchased the Eyelet Sleeve Smocked Maxi Dress. I nervously tried the dress on when it arrived and I was super impressed. The length was perfect! The dress is soft and is a very pretty shade of purple. I wore it to work the other day and received lots of compliments on it. It was cool and comfortable. I plan to get lots of wear of it this summer.
