Winter Sale Starts Now!

Was your area hit by Jonas Blizzard?  What a nasty storm!  Last night, the wind was horrible!  We got about 6 inches of snow Friday late night and then by Saturday morning, it was gone.  It was washed away by a non-stop rain.  Jonas hit our coastline pretty hard with pounding waves and flooding.

Since I'm stuck inside because of Jonas, I selected a few items from the Winter Sale.  The first on my list is the Crazy for Quilted Cosmetic Bag.  This is perfect for traveling and staying organized.  I'm not really crazy about quilted bags but for $7.99, I'll take it!  This cosmetc bag is three zippered pouches that fit inside a clear zippered case.  One for cosmetics, another for my Anew skincare and the last one for jewelry.  Being the Avon lady, I take my Avon makeup, jewelry and Anew everywhere.  You never know who will like my necklace and start a conversation that will lead to a new customer.  


Next on my list is the 10-piece glass bowl set with date dials in the lids.  How cool is this?  How many times do you grab a bowl of the refrigerator and wonder how long it's been in there?  I just started using glass bowls instead of plastic because I think the food tastes better in glass than in plastic.  Just like Ragu spaghetti sauce, I think that the sauce tastes totally different in the glass jars than it does in the big, plastic jars.  The plastic jars are cheaper but I prefer the sauce in the glass jars.
