Avon Campaign 10 2015
I hope you had a chance to enjoy the beautiful Spring weather if you live in an area where the days are getting warmer. When I was out delivering local Avon orders on Saturday, I swear that everyone was outside. Lawn mowers were going. Kids were playing. It was truly a beautiful day!
I felt so refreshed and ready for the outdoors. Later on that evening, the same feeling returned when I paged through the latest Avon brochure. Lots of new stuff to get ready for the warmer weather starting with jeweled flip flops, sandals and a multi-colored Maxi Dress. I love these flip flop wedges with the jewels. I had a black pair from last summer and one of my cats chewed them up. They were very comfy so when I saw a brown pair in the brochure, I just had to get them! Now the Maxi Dress, I'm not so sure. I like the colors and the horizontal (slimming) stripes but I don't know if I can pull off the look since I'm very short. The dress looks so cool and comfy for summer though. I might try it anyway.
Avon introduces new jewelry this campaign too. I purchased the gold tone Modern Safari gift set for myself and what a gorgeous, versatile set! I think this set goes with any outfit, whether dressy or casual. This 3-piece set is on sale now for $10.99 and comes with necklace, drop earrings and bracelet. I found that just a little sparkle brightens my eyes a lot especially if I put the lightest color towards the inside of my eye. I think it makes my dark eyes "pop". The glow is very gradual so it doesn't look like you tanned overnight but in the course of a week. It doesn't streak either like some self-tanning products do. It has a pleasant scent too. I give this product a thumbs up all the way!

We went bike riding on a wooded trail and my son had a tick on him. Our pediatrician told us to smother the tick with petroleum jelly and the tick will back out of the skin.
