My Secret to Soft Feet

Hi!  Do you have rough, dry feet?  I might have a solution for you.

First, I must tell you that I do not like feet.  I do not like rough and chalky-looking soles and big, hard, yellow toenails!  Did I gross you out yet? I do like soft baby's feet but once my babies were up walking around, no more baby feet to play with.

I think the most important step in keeping my feet soft is I never go bare footed.  And I mean NEVER!  I always have something on my feet even in my own house.  I may not always have shoes on but slippers or socks.  I think by keeping my feet covered protects them.  When I sit down in the evening to watch television, I let my feet air out and prop them up on the sofa.  I sleep with bare feet except in the winter time or when the temps go below 60 degrees, I sleep with socks on.

Here is my daily foot care ritual.  When I shower, I scrub my feet with a pumice brush
and then scrub the dead skin away with Avon's Footworks scrub.  I really loved the Marine Salt foot scrub that Avon sold two years ago.  It had broken pieces of walnut shells and course sea salt which made an awesome scrub.  Plus the scent was a clean, ocean smell.  I was so upset when Avon discontinued it.  Now I use whatever scrub Avon has on sale.  Currently, it's Toasted Macadamia Nut scrub.  This scrub has crushed walnut shells too but I liked the Marine Salt scrub so much better.

After I get out of the shower, I apply Avon's Moisture Therapy Intensive lotion all over including my feet.  Once the lotion is dry, I rub on Avon's Footworks Intensive Foot Cream.  The intensive foot cream is thick and has a faint, clean smell.  Then I put my socks and shoes on and my feet are ready for the day.

See if my secret works for you and let me know if it makes a difference.  I would love to hear your feedback.  I think the key is to do these steps every day and I'm pretty sure you will notice a difference.  If your feet are very rough, it may take a few weeks of my foot care ritual to soften the feet.
