Avon Campaign 14 - A Fresh Pick

Welcome to what Avon calls Campaign 14 which is a two week period that Avon's current brochure is valid. Being an Avon representative since 2007, a lot has changed including how long a brochure was good for. It used to be good for the current two weeks and the previous four weeks. Since the new company took over a few years ago, a lot of things changed, some good and other things not so good but I understand why. The new company stopped changing the sale prices for products so it no longer made sense to be able to backorder two brochures. Once a product goes on sale, that's the price it usually stays. I think it was better as a selling point to tell customers that their favorite product was on sale this time so grab it at the price while you can.

Anyway, enough complaining, it's not going to help things. On a positive note, I love the cover of Campaign 14. Over the years, when I was selling Avon in person and dropping off brochures for customers, some brochure covers were so much prettier and more eye-catching than others. I really do believe that some covers more than others caused more people to pick up the brochure.

Let me tell you about fairly new product line on the cover, FarmX. FarmX is a planet-based, vegan skin care collection with natural ingredients for the clean beauty you want without many of the unsafe ingredients you don't. I haven't tried FarmX personally yet because I'm finishing up the Anew Reversalist that has been discontinued. Once that's gone, FarmX is next for me to try. My son uses it though. He uses the FarmX Super Greens Cooling Gel as a moisturizer. He is vegan and very much into a product in which the packaging is not plastic and recyclable. The moisturizer he was using was discontinued so when I showed him the FarmX Super Greens Cooling Gel, he was thrilled that it was vegan and the packaging met his standards. His standards are very high and his goal is saving our planet. He will not buy something if it's in a lot of plastic. He won't shop at one of local grocery stores since all their produce is in plastic bags. He takes this stuff very seriously. When he with us shopping, we are not allowed to use plastic bags at the checkout so now he has us in the habit of doing it even if he's not with us. His practices are wearing off on me and his dad. I've always tried my best with recycling and stuff but he takes it to a whole other level.

So if you're vegan or just want a more natural skincare, try FarmX. You'll be pleasantly surprised. If you'd like to try samples, please reach out to me. I have lots of samples.
