Avon Campaign 20 - New Hair Care with Coconut Oil
Got curly locks? Give the new Organist leave-in conditioner with coconut oil a shot. I have straight hair that's completely flat and lacks volume, so this new product isn't for me. However, I do use the Organist Rosemary Mint Strengthening Oil. Initially, I was reluctant to apply oil to my hair because I was worried it might look oily. The first time I tried it, I applied too much, and it wouldn't wash out. Styling was a challenge as the oil dried, making my hair harder to handle, so I ended up using my handheld showerhead to rewash it. I didn't have the time for another full shower. After that mishap, I realized that a little goes a long way with hair oil. While holding my hair together, I apply a drop to my roots, another halfway down, and one more at the tips. I also enjoy the rosemary-mint aroma. My hair appears denser, and the flyaways have significantly reduced.
I also use the Rosemary Mint Dry Shampoo. On days when I skip washing my hair, the dry shampoo puff works wonders. I apply a small amount to let it soak up the oil in my hair and then brush it out. My hair ends up looking and feeling freshly washed. The puff's compact size makes it ideal for travel. The aerosol dry shampoos I've tried have an unpleasant scent and remind me of using hair spray in high school to achieve big hair. This small compact has a subtle rosemary-mint fragrance.
