I think this is one of the reasons I really like Avon, I can go shopping for entire date night or special occasion all in one brochure! Avon has all the makeup you need to make you beautiful, dresses and shoes to dress, jewelry to sparkle and even handbags to carry everything you need. I don't have fancy date nights anymore being married for over ten years but we have an occasional wedding or banquet to go to. Avon makes it so easy to shop for the occasion all in one place. No need to run to this store for shoes and that store for a dress. Then somewhere else for jewelry. Avon's got it all!

So what's in the Glam Bag Set? There is a beautiful gold cosmetic bag which doesn't have to used as a cosmetic bag. You can use it as a clutch for a date night. Inside the bag is Supershock mascara in black, Glimmerstick eyeliner in black and Ultra Glazewear lip gloss in red.

Since I've used all these products in the glam bag set, I want to tell you my experience with the products. Supershock was my favorite mascara until Avon introduced Mega Effects and Big & False Lash mascara. To me, Supershock is not what I recommend for volume mascara. The Supershock mascara is a volume mascara but little volume in comparison to the Big & False Lash mascara.  I think Avon could have picked a better mascara to be in a Glam Set because the Supershock mascara is a lighter mascara which would be more for daytime use. If you want flirty, sexy eyes with mega lashes, I would suggest Big & False Lash or Mega Effects. 

I've use Glimmersticks eyeliner but it's not my favorite. I love liquid eyeliner. It's the only eyeliner I find that you get a nice, neat line and stays on all day without smudging. Most of my customers refuse to even try liquid eyeliner so they prefer Glimmersticks eyeliner. Glimmersticks is my most popular selling product in the Avon brochure. Most customers never just buy one of these eyeliners but three and four in different colors. I find that if you use Glimmersticks, dab just a wee bit of powder under the eyeliner to prevent smudging. 

Last but not least in the Glam Bag Set is the Ultra Glazewear lip gloss in red. The Ultra Glazwear lip gloss is one of my favorite products. It's a smooth, never sticky lip gloss with just the right amount of color. I'm not really into lipstick because it always feathers on me or it's too much color and I feel like I stand out like a sore thumb. I prefer a more natural look with a touch of color. Ultra Glazewear lip gloss is perfect for me. I have several colors but the red in this set is not my favorite. I bought red for myself to match a few red tops that I have. I was told that red looks good on me with my dark hair but I don't care for bright, red lips. I prefer the Apple Cinnamon Ultra Glazewear lip gloss which is a duller reddish brown with sparkle.
