Avon Campaign 6 2015

Anyone else ready for Spring?  I'm patiently waiting to see the early Spring flowers to start poking up through the ground.  I'm anxious to go walking around the neighborhood without worrying about slipping on the ice and snow.  Just a few more weeks and Spring will be here.  I can't wait!

While patiently waiting for Spring, I paged through the Avon brochure to find fresh Spring fashion - tops, jeans and shoes. There are new denim styles such as capri-length or boot-cut.  Unfortunately, I have a hard time fitting Avon's jeans because I'm short, just shy of 5'.  When jeans were in the brochure the last time, I thought I should try them.  They look great on the models in the brochure but when they came in my order, they were a good 8 inches too long! Being this short,  I have this problem anywhere I try to buy clothes not just Avon.  As for the look of the jeans, they are nice-looking, good quality jeans.  They have a flattering fit despite being way too long for me.  Here's an idea - maybe I should order the capri-length jeans and I can wear them as regular length jeans!

I may have a hard time finding pants to wear but I definitely can wear Avon tops.  I just placed my order for the V-neck Tees 4 pack in purple, blush, navy and berry colors.  I really like V-neck tees and wear them often.  I dress them up with a sparkling Avon necklace and earrings set like the brand new Briolette necklace and hoop earrings.  This set goes perfectly with the blush colored tee.  Another great looking necklace set to dress up these tees is the Enchanted Leaves 3-piece necklace set.  The "Y" necklace is perfect with a V-neck tee.








I have to take a moment to rave about a product I tried last campaign and have been using every morning since then. I started using the Anew Vitale eye gel cream because it's supposed to wake up tired-looking eyes.  Guess what?  I'm really impressed with the product. The cream reduces the puffiness around the eyes in the morning.  Sometimes my eyes are really puffy in the morning.  I have no idea why or how they get that way but some days they look like I haven't slept in months.  I apply the eye gel cream under and around the eye and even over the upper eyelid.  By the time, I'm dressed and ready to put on makeup, the eye puffiness is gone.  I dare you to try this product if you have the same problem I have and let me know what you think.  On sale now for $19.99, the lowest price ever.

Since I'm so over winter this year, I'm ready to take a weekend trip.  There are some Avon essentials I pack to go on a trip and the hair caddy is one of them.  I have one that Avon sold a few years ago and still goes on every trip with me so I'm glad to see the caddy in the brochure again. The hair caddy is a handy organizer that holds brushes, shampoo, conditioner, curling iron and styling gels.  If you're a crafty person like me, you can use the hair caddy to store arts and crafts things like paint brushes or scrapbook scissors.  This caddy is a whole lot cheaper than a caddy that you can find in a crafts store.

One more hint of Spring coming soon is on the back page of the brochure.  Spring lip balms are on sale for $.69.  Choose from coconut, berry, honeydew or raspberry flavors.  I'm one of those women who may be addicted to lip balm.  I always have one with me.  One of the benefits of being an Avon lady is I never have chapped lips!
